are all tarted up in their feather boas at Teachers' Marketplace, Convention 2004. Alas, buyers were more interested in awls and reed cutters than they were in the charms of these three beauties.


And speaking of tarts! . . .

Walt Wagner added to the excitement of the Saturday Night Raffle when he sashayed around in Ingrid Quick' s raffle offering. It was VERY hard for Walt to give it up to the winner.
3/23/04 Lucky Anna Hudson of Brasstown, NC was the winner of the Barbara Gilbert Memorial Scholarship, an award given annually by Suzanne Moore's NC Basket Works. The scholarship is given by means of a drawing to a person attending his or her first NCBA Convention. Congratulations, Anna!
